Uncalled – Delila Katanga

Posted on December 28, 2019January 3, 2020 by TutalaWrites

This read was a pleasant surprise. Loved it.

Ndapewa Kamati is a student who like any other person her age believes she has found love and is ready to settle with Khaya.  The way Ndapewa and Khaya met is questionable.  They met through a lifestyle that Ndapewa only came to know through her friends and associates.

There is a lot of interesting things that go on in Ndapewa’s life, but ultimately everything boils down to the impact of her past traumas and Khaya who turns out to be having a secret of his own.  Her character is one that is strong headed and independent however, like any other human, seeks and longs for love and companionship.

I absolutely love the fact that it is a short read and the author made her chapters short, which makes it easy to finish for a busy reader.  The structure that Delila has adopted in this novel, is one that easily flows off the tongue.

I would absolutely recommend this little easy novel.

Rating: 7/10

Having read this I tought it was extremely informative.
I appreciate you spending some time and effort to put this informative article together.
I once again find myself spending a lot of time both reading and leaving comments.
But so what, it was still worth it!

As an author I must say that it is always difficult to air out your heart on paper and wait to see how the public criticizes it. I am grateful that you took time to read my work and went the extra mile in composing a review. Stumbling on this site made my day all the more brighter!
